BABA Compliant

Build America, Buy America (BABA) Compliance

FALCO catalytic oxidizers are manufactured in the United States and meet the requirements of the Build America, Buy America Act. Ready for federally funded infrastructure and remediation projects.

Our Compliance Statement

FALCO standard catalog units meet Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act requirements (>55% domestic component cost). Non-standard or custom-engineered configurations are audited on a per-order basis to confirm compliance. Project-specific BABA attestation letters are available upon request.

Every standard FALCO unit is assembled at our facility in Butner, North Carolina, from a US-based supply chain. Greater than 55% of the cost of components in each standard catalog unit is mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States, meeting the BABA threshold for manufactured products on federally funded work.

Covered Equipment

BABA compliance applies to FALCO standard catalog units, including VFD dilution blower and blower package configurations:

Custom and Non-Standard Configurations

Customer-specified components, such as alternative drives, instrumentation, or specialty materials, can change a unit's domestic component cost percentage. For that reason, non-standard and custom-engineered builds are individually audited before certification. If your project carries a BABA requirement, tell us at the quoting stage and we will assess the exact configuration under consideration.

Compliance Documentation

Contractors and procurement officers can request a project-specific BABA attestation letter on Falmouth Products letterhead for bid submittals, along with domestic-origin documentation and component cost breakdowns. Specify the BABA requirement on your RFQ or purchase order so the paperwork matches your agency's guidelines.
